1. We’ll review your request and send your invoice by email.
Your invoice will include the total order amount, estimated delivery timeline, and payment terms. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare it.
2. Complete payment or request changes to your order.
In-stock pieces are shipped upon full payment, while made-to-order pieces begin production with a 40% deposit. Once payment is confirmed, we'll queue your order and send you a confirmation email.
3. Your Forms order will be on its way to you.
Please note, shipping is free for all our retailers, and all orders ship DAP — Delivered at Place. This means we cover the international shipping cost, and you cover the import duties, taxes, or fees on arrival.
As a reminder, we offer free returns on first orders for your peace of mind. That said, we’re confident you’ll love your new Forms additions and won’t want to send items back :)
