How it works
1. Apply to become a stockist.
Fill out this form and we’ll review your application within 1 business day. Once approved, you’ll be able to log in with your application email and submit an order request.
2. Browse the store and submit your order request.
Build your cart, review your selection, and submit your request online. Opening orders start at $750 USD, with a minimum quantity of 5 per style.
3. We’ll review your request and email your invoice.
Your invoice will include the total order amount, estimated delivery timeline, and payment terms. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare it.
4. Complete payment or request changes.
In-stock pieces ship after full payment. Made-to-order pieces begin production with a 40% deposit. Pre-order pieces are reserved with a 40% deposit. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll queue your order and send a confirmation email.
5. Your Forms order will be on its way.
Shipping is free for all stockists, and orders ship DAP — Delivered at Place. This means we cover shipping, while you cover any import duties, taxes, or fees on arrival.
